Cancellation Policy
Effective for all bookings made on Roova
Cancellation Windows
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full travel voucher issued. No penalty.
- 12–48 hours before departure: 30% penalty. Travel voucher issued for the remaining 70%.
- 2–12 hours before departure: 50% penalty. Travel voucher issued for the remaining 50%.
- Less than 2 hours before departure: Ticket is forfeited. No refund or voucher.
Travel Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the cancellation date and can be used toward any future Roova booking with the same operator.
Non-Refundable Fees
Platform service fees are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of cancellation window.
